With a background in Mathematics from Yıldız Teknik University and additional studies at the University of Valencia, I bring a unique analytical perspective to the field of Human Resources. My education has sharpened my ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and leverage data-driven insights, all of which have been invaluable in shaping my career in HR. Transitioning from mathematics to HR allowed me to combine my passion for working with people with a structured approach to developing effective organizational strategies.

I have managed compensation strategies across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with local market standards while enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
