With a background in Mathematics from Yıldız Teknik University and additional studies at the University of Valencia, I bring a unique analytical perspective to the field of Human Resources. My education has sharpened my ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and leverage data-driven insights, all of which have been invaluable in shaping my career in HR. Transitioning from mathematics to HR allowed me to combine my passion for working with people with a structured approach to developing effective organizational strategies.

Over the years, I’ve developed expertise in global compensation & benefits management, talent development, and HRIS implementation. I have managed compensation strategies across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with local market standards while enhancing employee satisfaction and retention. My experience in implementing HRIS systems has helped organizations streamline their operations and make more informed, data-backed decisions, leading to greater efficiency and performance.
